Our History
Q-Metrx was incorporated in 1999 and has since been serving the community of qEEG with the best consulting
services available. Beginning with only three employees the company now retains a staff of more than ten employees, eight
neurofeedback expert consultants and three board certified neurologists.
Our company has enjoyed great success
and we will continue to grow into the future thanks to our dedication to service.

Managing Staff

Jack Johnstone, Ph.D. is the President and CEO of Q-Metrx, Inc., responsible
for all operations and development at Q-Metrx and the Valley Sleep Center. He is also an Associate Researcher in the department
of Psychology at UCLA, as well as a consultant to Aspect Medical Systems, Inc. (see www.britemd.com).

Technical Staff
|
|
Sarineh Khodjasaryan, is the Clinical Reports Coordinator.
Sarineh is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior, Minor in Education.
She assists with qEEG report preparation and customer service for qEEG reporting.

Monica Coto, Ph.D. is a clinical writer and Rapid Reports Coordinator at Q-metrx,
Inc. She completed her graduate degree in psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles with an emphasis in Cognitive
Neuroscience.

Administrative Staff

Sophia Quintana is the office manager at Q-Metrx. She performs billing and scheduling
services and general office management.

Gisela Mena schedules the overnight appointments and assists in general office
management.

Laura Raushel has been the bookkeeper and administrative assistant for Q-Metrx
since 1999.

EEG Technologists
|
|
Christine Turner is an EEG specialist trained at the Maudsley
Clinic in London and Columbia University. She provides recording services at the lab in Burbank.

Kelly Cook is our newest EEG technician on staff.

Expert Neurological Consultants
|
|
Jason R. Soss, M.D. is a staff neurologist and Assistant
Professor of Neurology at UCLA School of Medicine. He is trained as an epileptologist specializing in dense array monitoring
and intracranial recording, and is engaged in a variety of EEG research studies.

Ronald E. Saul, M.D. is a highly experienced electroencephalographer,
previously director of the EEG Laboratory at Los Angeles County Medical Center. He is a co-author of Neuropsychology for Health
Care Professionals and Attorneys (3rd Ed). Dr. Saul is currently a Clinical Professor of Neurology at the UCLA School of Medicine
and is on staff at the West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Medical Center and UCLA.

Roger V. Bertoldi, M.D. is a neurologist in private practice
in Los Angeles, and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at UCLA. He has extensive experience in medical-legal applications
of EEG and qEEG. Dr. Bertoldi specializes in evaluation and treatment of head trauma.
